Vero Beach Rowing
Acquires First Dragon Boat

Vero Beach Rowing recently added Dragon Boating to its program offerings.  A Dragon Boat is like a big war canoe paddled by ten people plus two crew.  For novices, this activity is usually easier to master than rowing and is less physically demanding.

For the month of September, you still have time to come out and try this fun on the water workout for free.  Fill out the interest form below for more information and to reserve your seat on the boat. Practice is every  Saturday at 8:15 am .

The location is the Vero Beach Rowing compound just north of the east end of the Barber Bridge, behind the Ambulance Squad Building, in McWilliams Park and near to the public boat launches.

Be prepared to be amazed at the beauty of our lagoon and its wildlife.  We look forward to seeing you at Vero Beach Rowing!

Starting October 15th,  the initial free trial period will give way to paid membership.  The fee for an Annual membership is  $300 per person. The fee for a Winter membership is $190 per person. Membership  includes the use of all dragon boat equipment and other paddling equipment (kayaks) that are owned by Vero Beach Rowing.
