The Dream of a New Boathouse

Jan/Feb 2016 Portfolio Magazine Indian River Rowing Club (IRRC) is paddling forward with its plans to bring a rowing culture to Vero Beach with the signing of a 25-year lease with the City of Vero Beach this past November. They plan to build a $2 million boathouse at the north end of MacWilliam Park.
